Our August Rise & Recharge program will be merged with the exciting OPEN HOUSE at True North Integrative Care in our building on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 10 am - 2 pm.

Join us Saturday, August 9th from 10 Am to 2 PM to celebrate the Grand Opening of True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute. Experience healing in action with free sample classes, including community acupuncture, Tai Chi, Reiki, sound baths, and more. Be part of our ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 AM, and stick around for a raffle with amazing prizes like free treatment, classes, memberships, and exclusive discounts! Plus enjoy delicious food from local food trucks and shop at our community market featuring women-owned skincare, crystal art, organic products, and beautiful local artwork.

Here is a glimpse of the schedule:

10-11 AM: Sample classes (acupuncture, Tai Chi ,Reiki)

11 Am: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

12-12:30 PM: Raffle Drawing (attendees automatically entered!)

12: 45-2 PM: More sample classes (movement, vagal nerve, Qi Gong, sound bath)
